How to order
We have designed our site with three main aims.
1. Security - The Privacy, Integrity and Safety of our customers is our number 1 aim and is paramount in the online shopping environment, we take this very seriously. 2. Design - We believe that the design of our site will be appealing to the market that we are trying to attract, the site will contain constant updates, providing you with all the new products, news and info you will need.
3. Ease of Use - We believe that the design of our site will provide an easy and understandable way of navigation to the products you want.
- Either select from the Categories on the left, select from the drop down 'search by brand' or simply enter a keyword and the site will find what you are looking for.
- Once you have found something you like, either click on the image, more info if there are different sizes/colours or add to basket. This will take you to another page where you will be able to see more images of that product and also larger images, a detailed product description and you can also choose the quantity you would like to buy.
- When you reach the Basket you will have a summary of what you have selected to buy, this will show a picture of the product, the quantity, a description and the total price including shipping. Also, you will be able to select what shipping category you would like (see our separate section on Shipping)
- When you Precede to Checkout you will be requested to enter your address, this must be the same address as the card you are going to use to pay with. If you have a separate delivery address the tick the box and enter your details. Select where you found out about us. Please take the time of opening an account with us, the benefits of this are:
1. If you buy from the site in the future you will not have to complete the name and address fields every time.
2. As an account holder you can make use of order tracking.

- Preceded to Payment At this point you will be taken to our secure payment gateway provided by Protx. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. You will be asked to enter you card details and confirm you order. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. All transactions carried out through the website are made in Pounds Sterling. Your credit or debit card will be charged in Pounds Sterling. Wedebit the total cost of your purchases from your account only when we are readyto despatch your order.
- You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Switch and Maestro, or by Personal Cheque to the address below.
Fraud protection
To make a purchase at feelfreeuk.com you are required to provide a valid and operational email address and telephone number where you can be contacted so we can keep you informed about the status of your order. The information you provide will not be accessible by anyone else. To protect our customers from credit and debit card fraud feelfreeuk.com reserves the right to cancel an order where (1) the customer uses a credit or debit card which is issued by a card provider based in a country other than the delivery address provided by the customer, or (2) the customer doesn't provide the additional information we request to verify their identity and address within five days, or (3) any of the contact details the customer provides during the order process turn out to be false, or (4) a mail server returns any confirmation email message we send to you. In all such cases FeelFree UK will refund the full pounds sterling amount paid.
Prices
The price of individual products can change on the website without notice, however the price of the item displayed once you reach the checkout is the price you will be charged. We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered we will supply the remainder of your order and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item and related shipping fee. In most cases any such refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically, as part of the shopping cart, before you submit your credit card details. Delivery
We currently deliver goods to destinations within the UK, plans to deliver to the EU are in place. Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days although in absolute extreme circumstances, for example if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies we will contact you and organise another date for delivery or offer you a refund.
We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. As part of the shipping process an email is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. This email will give you a guide to when your goods will be delivered.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an additional postage charge before we re-supply your goods. You will also be required to pay a second postage charge in cases where you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address initially. The additional postage charge is equal to the shipping cost quoted when you placed the order. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations & Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasionswhere you feel it necessary to cancel your order once we have dispatched it toyou. If you wish to cancel your order you should contact us via returns@feelfreeuk.com quoting your reference number and the reason you wish to cancel. We will refundyou the cost of the goods within 30 days assuming that the goods you have returnedare in a saleable condition with all original tags and packaging present.
Please return the goods with your receipt. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us, you will be responsible for all postage costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Notification of damages or incorrect orders
If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, you should contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us. Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Because of the strong alliance with our suppliers we will be offering to all of our FeelFreeUK members on our mailing list Free Entry to our Monthly Prize Draw Giveaway. Closure date will be at the final day of each month and the winner will be informed within the first week of the following month. No information held will be shared with 3rd parties.
